Biography:

Ben completed his Ph.D. in Political Science in 2013 and is currently an Assistant Professor of Political Science at the University of Minnesota. He studies international relations with a focus on international organization, international political economy, and environmental politics. In particular, he is interested in understanding how domestic politics shape governments' behaviors within international institutions such as the WTO, the IMF, the EU, and the Kyoto Protocol. Methodologically, he uses and conducts research in quantitative analysis and applied game theory.
